Establishment : Late Mr. Subhash .N. Gaikwad with 38 years of Diverse experience in various industries started Fabwell Engineers in the Year 1990, Having worked 15 years Abroad in Singapore, Malaysia, Tanzania, Nairobi & Jordan in various Chemicals, Smelters, Fertilizer, Offshore industries Like, Deweto International Company , Jordan Phosphate Mines Co PLS , Sembawang Shipyard and more than 12 years in India with L & T, ECC-LTD (subsidiary of L&T), IAEC – LTD - BOMBAY
In the Year 1988 after returning to India with an extensive experience and a vision to establish something where he can utilize his many years of experience , Fabwell Engineers came in to existence. The company is spread across total area of 26,000 sq.ft. under workshop shed consisting of Bay 1 , Bay 2 , Bay 3 & Bay 4 each equipped with over heads EOT crane facility , complete with infrastructure and well maintained manufacturing machineries & facilities.
Today we have positioned ourselves as manufacturer of quality process equipment in domestic and few in international market , Under the guidance of Mr. Subhash .N. Gaikwad , We have skilled staff and qualified personnel , Who strive for excellence.
Executive Director : Mr. Abhishek .S. Gaikwad , son of Mr. Subhash .N. Gaikwad joined the company as a trainee engineer under his father's guidance and extensive training , right from Working at shop floor level wearing the blue uniform , climbing up towards various responsibilities to run a business origination be it marketing , sales , purchase , taxation , procurement , estimation , technical & commercial discussions , finance , Health & Safety upto implementation of Quality Management system , he has equipped himself to be a modern business entrepreneur having self discipline , integrity , persistence ,vision & target.
